Job Summary

ZORO Groom & Bride is looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Branch Manager to manage our Koduvally branch. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, leadership abilities, customer-handling experience, and the ability to drive branch revenue and manage daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage men's wedding wear sales, including suits, sherwanis, Jodhpuri suits, and wedding outfits.
- Monitor daily sales performance, customer enquiries, and conversions.
- Maintain proper store display, product presentation, and overall showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the HR and management teams regarding staff attendance, performance, and operational issues.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and branch performance updates.




- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the concerned team for inventory requirements.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among branch employees.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or branch management role.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of men's fashion or wedding wear is an advantage.
- Malayalam communication skills are essential.
- Basic Hindi communication skills are required.
- Must be responsible, target-driven, and willing to work according to retail business requirements.
