Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for affordable housing, home loans, housing finance, loan against property, mortgage loans, and retail assets.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment through partnerships with HL (Housing Finance Corporation).

- Oversee the entire process from lead generation to disbursement of funds for various types of loans such as DSA management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in affordable housing, home loans, housing finance, loan against property, mortgage loans, or retail assets.

- Robust understanding of DSA management principles and practices.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
