- Drive branch business, sales, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop business through direct sourcing.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure quality loan disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Eligibility:
- 8 years of relevant banking/NBFC experience. (Job stability is mandatory for this profile, frequent job changed can not be considerable)
- Strong knowledge of lending products and team management.
- Proven sales track record and local market connections.
