To manage the overall operations, business development, customer service, collections, compliance and profitability of the branch while ensuring achievement of business targets and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Any Degree is preferred.
- Experience in Microfinance (MFI) or the financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of loan processing, collections, and branch operations.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- PF and ESI, as applicable.
