Key Responsibilities

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MFI/Microfinance, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Monitor loan disbursements, collections, overdue accounts, and portfolio quality.

- Achieve branch-wise business targets while maintaining repayment discipline.

- Supervise and guide Loan Officers and Relationship Officers.

- Ensure proper loan documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to company SOPs.

- Monitor staff productivity, field activities, and daily MIS reports.

- Identify collection risks and implement corrective measures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of loan operations, collections, credit risk, and portfolio management.

- Proven team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and operational systems.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
