Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, website, events, referrals and outreach.

Qualify prospects, understand family requirements and communicate the ULL proposition persuasively.

Book and confirm qualified campus visits; manage reminders and reduce no-shows.

Follow each lead from first contact through application and admission, collaborating with campus counsellors.

Maintain rigorous CRM updates, call notes, lead stages and next actions.

Re-engage dormant leads, address objections and generate referrals.

Deliver daily activity, qualified visit and enrolment targets; report funnel conversion.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

3 7 years in inside sales, admissions, edtech or consultative B2C selling.

Excellent spoken English; Kannada and Hindi are advantages.

Confident objection handling, persuasion and disciplined follow-up.





Comfort with CRM systems, conversion targets and data-driven reporting.
