- Receiving and Delivery of Vehicles by adhering 100% Honda Business Flow Parameters.
- Ensuring 100% Customer Satisfaction and hence the complaint occurrence ratio of 2% on total load per month.
- Preparing Repair Orders / Vehicle inventory, wherever required. Ensure 100% invoicing on all vehicles attended by you and ensure SDD of 97% target.
- Follow 5S and general housekeeping duties as required.
- Ensuring per vehicle Labor revenue targets of time to time.
- Ensure DCSI Score min 940. Ensure Vas conversion min 4%.
- Ensure 100% Disciplinary behavior inside the company as per Vision Norms.
- Ensure second day NPS Score.
- Ensure second day PSF 85% min.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
