Lay concrete blockwork for walls and partitions on building projects, maintaining accurate line, level and plumb.

Key Responsibilities

- Lay hollow and solid blocks per drawings
- Prepare and apply mortar; build corners, openings and junctions
- Check alignment, levels and dimensions
- Cut blocks and rectify defects when instructed
- Work safely on scaffolds and wear PPE
- Coordinate with helpers and the foreman

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of block masonry experience
- Skilled in mortar work, bonding and alignment
- Can read basic drawings and use masonry tools
- ITI or masonry certificate is an advantage
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Must pass a practical trade test
