1. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead end-to-end BIM project execution across Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, Architectural & Structural (AS), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), 2D Civil Engineering Drawings, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). The role involves project planning, estimations, resource management, production, quality control, productivity improvement, client coordination, and timely delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Plan schedules, allocate resources, set production targets,
- monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- BIM Operations: Manage Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, AS, MEP modelling,



and 2D Civil Engineering Drawing projects in line with client requirements and LOD standards.
- VDC & Coordination: Oversee multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and construction planning workflows.
- Quality & Productivity: Establish QA/QC processes, monitor production efficiency, minimize errors and rework, and implement workflow improvements and automation.
- Team Leadership: Lead BIM Coordinators, Team Leads, Modellers, and QC Engineers to achieve project quality and delivery targets.
- Client Management: Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders, manage technical reviews and feedback, and provide regular project status updates.

3. Technical Skills & Software

- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of Structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems, including engineering drawing interpretation.
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and as-built modelling is preferred.
- Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.
- Understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Knowledge of Autodesk ReCap, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), VDC
- workflows, and BIM automation tools is an added advantage.

4. Experience

- 5–10+ years of relevant AEC, BIM, or engineering services experience, including project/team management.
- Strong technical problem-solving, communication, client coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
