- Develop and prepare architectural designs and detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

- Convert rough sketches, drawings, and technical specifications into accurate, detailed 3D models.

- Collaborate closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather all information required to build accurate models.

- Update, revise, and modify existing models promptly in response to revised plans, specifications, and design change requests.

- Generate and extract 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details from 3D models for use in construction documentation.

- Run clash detection using Navisworks (or equivalent), analyze conflicts between disciplines, and generate detailed clash reports.

- Facilitate and actively participate in BIM coordination meetings, presenting clash reports and proposing resolutions.

- Ensure all models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, execution plans (BEP), and company protocols.





- Manage version control, ensuring multiple iterations of models are properly stored, labeled, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

- Utilize BIM software and linked data to assist with project scheduling (4D), cost estimation (5D), and material quantity tracking.

- Create, maintain, and continuously update the organization's BIM component library, including custom families and templates.

- Support quality control checks on models to identify and correct errors, omissions, or inconsistencies before submission.

- Coordinate with surveyors and site teams where necessary to validate as-built conditions against models.

- Participate in internal team meetings, providing regular progress updates and flagging coordination issues early.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
