Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Designer with expertise in faade modeling and detailing. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with design and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for faade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and other building envelope components.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
- Work on faade modeling, detailing, and coordination using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, faade consultants, and project teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.




- Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Support project teams with BIM documentation and model coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Robust working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
- Experience in faade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and building envelope projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for detailing and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of shop drawings, construction detailing, and BIM coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in faade BIM modeling and detailing.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or high-rise building projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and deliver accurate models.
