Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience: 0–3 years in billing and tendering, preferably in PSU projects.

Job Summary

Shriram Enterprises is looking for a qualified Billing & Tender Engineer with experience in PSU and government projects. The candidate should have knowledge of tender preparation, GeM and e-procurement portals, BOQ analysis, project billing, RA bills, and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Estimation

- Handle PSU and government tenders through GeM and various e-procurement portals.
- Review NIT, RFQ, BOQ, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, cost estimates, and price quotations.
- Manage EMD, security deposits, tender fees, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for tender submissions and clarifications.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, and bid submission status.

Billing & Commercial Activities

- Prepare and submit RA bills, running account bills, and final bills.
- Verify BOQ quantities, work completion records,



and measurement sheets.
- Prepare invoices, supporting documents, and payment follow-up records.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, and accounts departments for bill certification and payment processing.
- Monitor deductions, including LD, retention money, and other contractual recoveries.
- Maintain records of work orders, agreements, amendments, and billing status.

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and state PSU e-procurement portals.
- Positive understanding of BOQ, NIT, RFQ, RA bills, and tender terms and conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic commercial calculations.
- Knowledge of PSU tender procedures and contract documentation.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with SAIL, BHEL, NTPC, or other PSU projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in electrical, instrumentation, erection, commissioning, or thermal power plant projects will have an advantage.
- Must be capable of independently handling tender submissions and project billing documentation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
