Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with good knowledge of sales billing procedures and SAP software. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, processing billing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch Departments to ensure smooth and timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate sales invoices accurately using SAP software.
- Process sales billing transactions, including customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, as applicable.
- Verify sales orders, customer details, product descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, and applicable taxes before generating invoices.
- Ensure accurate entry of billing data into the SAP system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch Departments for invoice processing and timely delivery of goods.
- Verify GST details, HSN codes, and other statutory information required for sales invoicing.
- Maintain proper records of sales invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents.
- Check billing discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices to customers.
- Maintain daily sales billing reports and submit them to the reporting manager.




- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and applicable tax regulations.
- Assist the Accounts Department with billing reconciliations and audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and sales-related information.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in sales billing, preferably in an automobile dealership, spare parts business, or trading organization.
- Good working knowledge of SAP software, particularly sales billing and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing, HSN codes, and basic taxation procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales billing and SAP operations is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant SAP training and strong billing knowledge may also be considered.

- Accuracy of sales invoices.
- Timely completion of billing transactions.
- Minimum billing errors and discrepancies.
- Proper maintenance of billing records.
- Compliance with GST and company billing procedures.
- Timely submission of daily billing reports.

Note: The candidate must have practical knowledge of sales billing and SAP software to ensure accurate and productive billing operations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
