Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and verify contractor billing.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including bill checking and material reconciliation.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and prepare RA bills.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation through tender estimation and bill certification processes.
- Verify client billing by reviewing invoices against contractual agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Billing Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Contractor Billing, Quantity Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Estimation Engineering, Cost Estimation, Tender Estimation, BoQ Preparation, Material Reconciliation, Bill Certification, Bill Checking.
