We are urgently hiring for the position of Billing Executive for our Mumbai branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Generate e-invoices and e-way bills in Tally Prime.
2. Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
3. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording in Tally Prime.
4. Prepare various financial reports such as trial balance and profit & loss statements, tax & compliance, GST, TDS Returns, e-invoice generation, e-way Bill generation.
5. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
6. Manage inventory, track stock levels, and optimize stock.
7. Tally Prime, with expertise in e-invoice and e-way bill generation.
