1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurement, BOQ reconciliation, and client/subcontractor bills for construction projects. The candidate will ensure accurate and timely preparation of bills based on executed work, approved drawings, site measurements, contractual terms, and project specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and other project-related bills as per contract requirements.

· Prepare client bills and verify subcontractor/vendor bills based on actual site measurements and completed work.

· Verify executed quantities against the BOQ (Bill of Quantities), approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.

· Conduct joint measurements with site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors; maintain Measurement Books (MB).

· Prepare quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, rate analysis, and supporting documents for billing.

· Reconcile BOQ quantities with actual execution and identify deviations, extra items,



and variation claims.

· Track extra works, deviations, change orders, and additional items; obtain required approvals and maintain records.

· Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and the accounts team for billing matters.

· Maintain records of bills submitted, certified amounts, deductions, retention, advances, and outstanding payments.

· Follow up for bill certification and approval and support timely submission of supporting documents.

· Assist in preparing work completion statements, reconciliation statements, and final settlement documents.

· Maintain organized records of drawings, measurement sheets, BOQs, invoices, and billing correspondence.

Prepare periodic billing status reports and highlight discrepancies, pending approvals, and payment delays.

Pay: ₹329,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
