We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer for our construction company in Ludhiana. The candidate should have 5–6 years of relevant experience in construction billing, work order rate management, monthly measurement billing, and contractor billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage work orders, including rate analysis, rate verification, and rate approvals.
- Prepare and process monthly measurement bills for ongoing construction projects.
- Verify site measurements and quantities in coordination with site engineers and project teams.
- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills as required.
- Ensure billing quantities and rates comply with approved BOQs, work orders, and contractual terms.
- Maintain measurement books (MB), billing records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, project managers, and accounts teams for timely bill processing.
- Track bill submissions, certifications, deductions, and payment status.




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in measurements, rates, and billing documentation.
- Prepare monthly billing statements and reports.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in a construction or infrastructure company.
- Strong knowledge of work orders, BOQ, rate analysis, and monthly measurement billing.
- Experience in contractor billing, RA bills, and quantity verification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related documentation.
- Positive coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Candidates currently working with construction or infrastructure companies.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in monthly measurement billing and work order rate management.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
