Position: Biller & Estimator (Senior / Trainee)

Experience: Fresher to 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, project estimates and quantity take-offs.
- Verify site measurements, quantities and project costs.
- Assist in checking contractor bills, RA bills and final bills.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison sheets.
- Track additional work and project variations.
- Maintain billing records and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site, project, purchase and accounts teams.

Required Skills
- Basic to robust knowledge of billing and estimation, depending on experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and ability to manage responsibilities independently, as per experience.

Qualification Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
