Billing Engineer
Position - Billing Engineer
Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering
Experience - experience in construction project billing.
Working days & time – Monday to Friday & 2nd & 4th Saturday WFH
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills in coordination with site and planning teams.
- Verification, certification, and processing of sub-contractor bills.
- Quantity measurement and reconciliation of executed works with BOQ and drawings.
- Preparation of material reconciliation statements including cement, steel, and other major materials.
- Monitoring billing progress and ensuring timely submission of bills.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors regarding billing and payment matters.
- Maintaining billing records, variation statements, and supporting documents.
- Checking work orders, rate analysis, and contractual terms related to billing.
- Assisting in final bill preparation and closure of contracts.
- Coordination with accounts and project teams for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of construction billing procedures and contract conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/reconciliation software.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
