Skills and Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience operating press brake, CNC bending, or hydraulic bending machines preferred.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and bending processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine safety procedures.
Load metal sheets, tubes, or structural sections into the machine manually or using hoists/cranes.
Responsible for operating and setting up bending machines to bend sheet metal and other materials according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
