Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Beam Saw Machine Operator to operate and maintain beam saw machinery used for cutting wooden boards and panels accurately for furniture and retail interior design projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate beam saw machines for cutting plywood, MDF, particle board, and other panel materials.
- Read cutting lists, measurements, drawings, and production instructions.
- Set machine parameters, cutting dimensions, and blade settings as per requirements.
- Ensure accurate cutting, minimum material wastage, and quality output.
- Inspect cut panels for dimensional accuracy and finishing quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.




- Coordinate with the production and design teams to meet daily production targets.
- Report machine faults, blade issues, and material defects to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience operating a Beam Saw Machine in furniture, modular furniture, or interior manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of panel cutting, measurements, and material handling.
- Ability to read cutting lists and follow production instructions.
- Attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.

Experience Relevant experience in beam saw operation is preferred. Candidates with hands-on machine operation skills may also apply.

Salary : 20K-30K
