Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote Surety Bond solutions to contractors, businesses, and prospective clients. The role focuses on field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- Visit contractors, businesses, and key decision-makers to promote Surety Bond solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, handle client queries, support negotiations, and drive sales closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotations, and bond issuance.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development.

Requirements

- Experience in field sales, insurance sales, BFSI, or financial product sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and build professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented approach.
