- Require candidates for Business Development with proven ability to develop business.
- Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members.
- Guiding the members properly while enrolling for recent chits.
- Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
- Maintain cordial relations with the members.
- Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
