Job Summary

Sri Satya Constructions is looking for a detail-oriented BBS Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and Mivan (aluminium formwork) projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Bar Bending Schedules, reinforcement detailing, steel quantity calculations, and coordination with site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings and project specifications.
- Calculate reinforcement quantities, cutting lengths, bending shapes, and steel consumption.
- Interpret structural drawings and reinforcement detailing for slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and foundations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, and QA/QC teams for reinforcement execution.
- Ensure accuracy of steel quantity calculations and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily steel consumption records and reconciliation reports.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with the design team for clarification.
- Ensure reinforcement detailing is compatible with Mivan aluminium formwork requirements.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing.
- Practical experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan / aluminium formwork construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Positive coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
