- Lead and support the barista team to ensure smooth day-to-day coffee shop operations.

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

- Have valuable knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee equipment.

- Train and guide team members on coffee preparation, customer service, and hygiene standards.

- Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure all coffee ingredients and supplies are available.

- Interact with guests, understand their preferences, and provide recommendations for a great coffee experience.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and professionally.

- Manage team schedules, assign daily tasks,



and ensure efficient service during busy hours.

- Maintain daily sales records, follow food safety guidelines, and ensure the coffee counter meets brand standards.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Barista, with team-handling experience preferred.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and latte art.

- A positive attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
