Looking for

Role: Barista cum Continental Chef A combined Barista and Continental Chef manages both hot/cold beverage preparation and continental food production in a café setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation (Barista):
- Craft espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and iced beverages with consistent quality and presentation.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.
- Food Preparation (Continental Chef):
- Cook continental dishes including pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups, and breakfast items.
- Handle daily mise en place (ingredient prep), follow standard recipes, and control portion sizes.
- Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards at the coffee bar and kitchen workstations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and local hygiene regulations.
- Inventory and Operations:
- Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, dairy, and kitchen ingredients to prevent shortages.
- Manage waste,



track food costs, and coordinate smoothly with the service team during peak hours.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Skills: Proficiency in brewing specialty coffee alongside hands-on cooking experience with continental fast-casual or café menus.
- Experience: Typically ranges from 6 months to 3+ years depending on the scale of the café or restaurant.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service, multitasking under pressure, and transparent communication

Experience: 3-7 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000
