Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other café products while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations from the menu.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.
- Coordinate with other team members for smooth daily operations.

Required Skills




- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum bachalorate in hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may apply.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in café operations will be preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
