- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter and equipment.

- Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and beverage requisitions.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverages and ingredients.

- Maintain accurate records of beverage consumption, stock usage, and wastage.

- Follow standard operating procedures, billing procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.

- Check the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages served.

- Coordinate with the F&B; Service team to ensure smooth bar operations.

- Comply with hotel policies, food safety standards, and applicable liquor licensing regulations

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.

- Positive communication and teamwork.

- Attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
