Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Banking Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations, banking transactions, reconciliations, and coordination with banks and internal finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of banking procedures, account management, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day banking operations, including deposits, fund transfers, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and other banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related matters, transaction queries, documentation, and service requests.
- Monitor bank balances and maintain records of banking transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the Finance & Accounts team.
- Manage cheque deposits, cheque clearances, and payment-related activities, wherever applicable.
- Maintain banking records, statements,



payment confirmations, and supporting documents.
- Assist with vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions as per internal approval procedures.
- Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC documentation, account updates, and other banking formalities.
- Track pending transactions and ensure timely resolution of failed, delayed, or disputed payments.
- Prepare banking reports and provide transaction details to the Finance Head as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and banking procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com, BAF, BBI, or a relevant graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or Accounting.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, finance, accounts, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of internet banking, banking transactions, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office applications.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
