Role & responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers with Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote setup.

- Conduct background verifications for clients using various databases and tools.

- Verify client requirements and understand their needs to provide accurate results.

- Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders through email support, chat, or voice process.

- Perform document verification and validation tasks as required by the client.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0-2 years of experience in BGV (Background Verification) industry preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.

- Proficiency in English language with solid documentation skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
