Job Responsibilities – Baker / Confectioner
- Prepare puff pastries, patties, bread, buns, and other bakery products.
- Handle dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
- Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment and machinery.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily production records and meet production targets.
- Ensure proper cooling, packaging, and storage of finished products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
