Job Responsibilities – Baker (FMCG Production)
- Prepare puff pastries, patties, bread, buns, and other bakery products.
- Handle dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
- Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and consistency.
- Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain proper product storage, freshness, and packaging.
- Coordinate with the production and quality control teams.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
