1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and database systems. The candidate will work closely with frontend developers and other team members to build secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
1. Roles & Responsibilities

A. Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, and effective code.
- Implement business logic and application functionality.
- Debug and resolve backend issues.

B. Database Management

- Design and maintain databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Write optimized database queries and manage CRUD operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.

C. Technologies & Frameworks

- Work with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Develop API integrations with frontend applications.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control.
- Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.

D. Security & Performance

- Implement backend security best practices.
- Handle error management, validation, and data protection.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and technical issues.

E. Team Collaboration

- Coordinate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers,



and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Understand project requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and error handling.
- Knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms is an added advantage.

1. Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant project experience and practical technical skills are encouraged to apply.
