EXPERIENCE: Min.05 Years and above in Operations / Back Office in Jewelry / Gems / Diamond Industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate

JOB RESPONSIBITIES
- Will be responsible for overall operations from production phase till delivery arrangements.
- Will be handling a team of back office coordinators and getting the day to day work done.
- Will be responsible for all the communication between various internal office departments, HODs and US office.
- Preparing various reports from production to dispatch on customized software (Training will be provided).
- Should be pro-active with high commitment level.
- Should have eye for details and valuable presence of mind to point out any discrepancies in the working operations or communication with and within the department.
- Should have good English communication skills (Verbal and Writing).
