Role

Support accurate order processing and day-to-day operations for Sparkling Jewelry Inc., a lab-grown diamond and wholesale jewelry business. The role is based in the Mumbai office and supports customers and sales activity in the US market.

Location Mumbai, Maharashtra (office-based)

Hours Evening/overnight shift aligned with US business hours; exact shift window and weekly roster to be confirmed. Schedule may adjust for US daylight saving time.

Reports to Operations Manager or designated manager

Responsibilities

Process orders; verify item details, quantities, pricing, customer instructions, uploading images tp website etc.

Update order and inventory records in the ERP or Excel; maintain accurate customer and order files.

Prepare routine order, inventory, and dispatch reports; flag discrepancies, delays, and missing information.

Handle filing,



data entry, email follow-up, and other general administrative coordination.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. Prior back-office, order processing, inventory, or logistics experience is preferred; jewelry or diamond industry experience is an advantage. Requires working knowledge of Excel and email; ERP experience is helpful. Strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, communication, and ability to manage deadlines and work the assigned evening/overnight shift are essential.
