Job Summary

Blitz Academy is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing college tie-ups, promoting Blitz Academy’s training programs, building relationships with key college authorities, and generating business opportunities through institutional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish strategic partnerships with Blitz Academy.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, placement officers, HODs, faculty members, and college management.
- Conduct college visits, business meetings, presentations, and promotional activities to introduce Blitz Academy’s courses and training programs.
- Establish college tie-ups and coordinate partnership agreements.
- Organize seminars, workshops, awareness sessions, and career guidance programs in collaboration with colleges.
- Promote Blitz Academy’s training programs and professional courses to students through campus marketing activities.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and direct visits.




- Follow up with prospective colleges and convert leads into active institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute college marketing campaigns and student engagement activities.
- Maintain a database of college contacts, leads, meetings, and partnership progress.
- Achieve monthly targets for college visits, new tie-ups, student leads, and business generation.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, lead conversion, and business development performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in B2B marketing, business development, educational marketing, or institutional sales is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 Years experience is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for college visits and field marketing activities.

- Valuable networking, lead-generation, and follow-up skills.
