About the Project

We are developing an AWS-based Master Data Management (MDM) hub to consolidate, cleanse, standardize, and manage customer data from multiple CRM systems.

The solution will establish trusted golden customer records, support AI-assisted customer matching, orchestrate data processing and exception workflows, and integrate with Oracle Fusion. It will also include a web-based user interface that enables business users to review and manually resolve MDM exceptions.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Lead to drive architecture implementation, engineering execution, and end-to-end technical delivery.

Role Overview The AWS MDM Technical Lead will lead a cross-functional Agile engineering team comprising data engineers, full-stack developers, and DevOps engineers.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud-native application development, Python, SQL, distributed systems, and enterprise data integration, along with proven technical leadership and delivery experience.

The successful candidate will own technical design decisions, engineering standards, solution quality, and production readiness while collaborating with solution architects, business stakeholders, and enterprise platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Architecture

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the AWS-based MDM solution.
- Translate solution architecture and business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical implementations.
- Make architectural and technology decisions, establish engineering standards, and drive code quality.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

AWS Cloud-Native Development
- Design and implement cloud-native services using AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, ECR, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Build scalable, resilient,



and event-driven applications and data processing workflows.
- Ensure appropriate security, performance, availability, monitoring, and operational reliability.
- Drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and deployment practices in collaboration with DevOps engineers.

MDM and Data Integration
- Lead the implementation of customer data ingestion, cleansing, standardization, transformation, and consolidation pipelines.
- Implement customer matching, deduplication, golden record creation, and survivorship logic.
- Design reliable integrations with source CRM systems and Oracle Fusion.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, and reconciliation across integrated systems.

Full-Stack Development and Exception Management
- Oversee backend services, REST APIs, and web-based user interfaces for MDM operations.
- Support the development of exception management workflows for manual review and resolution of uncertain customer matches.
- Ensure effective integration between the UI, backend services, data processing components, and workflow orchestration.

Engineering Delivery and Production Readiness
- Lead Agile planning, estimation, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate integration testing, performance testing, deployment, and release readiness.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers, integration issues, and production defects.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and production engineering requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and enterprise platform teams to deliver business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on technical leadership of cloud-native application development.




- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing AWS-based enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in AWS services, including:
- AWS Lambda
- ECS Fargate and ECR
- Step Functions and EventBridge
- API Gateway
- Aurora PostgreSQL
- Solid programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and distributed applications.
- Experience with data integration, data transformation, data quality, and relational database design.
- Familiarity with modern full-stack application development and web-based user interfaces.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and production support.
- Experience implementing security-by-design principles, including access control, encryption, and secure handling of enterprise data.
- Excellent technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications, particularly using Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with entity resolution, fuzzy matching, customer deduplication, and AI-assisted data matching.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle customer data models, or Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
- Experience implementing enterprise MDM, customer master, or Customer 360 solutions.
- Exposure to AWS infrastructure as code and automated deployment frameworks.
