Role & responsibilities

Best Knowledge of PLC automation Programming.

Who have worked in Brownfield projects.

- Responsible on the shop floor for all machines on Cosmetics Engineering Section.
- Hands on experience of trouble shooting of Eng. & Maintenance.
- Able to manage the equipment breakdown, repair, and associated systems in safe & efficient manner.
- He will support to maintenance team in ensuring that machines are always in optimal condition
- Knowledge about pneumatic logic circuits & trouble shooting skill
- Responsible for Plant Maintenance systems, periodic inspections & Inventory control.
- Good Knowledge in Electronic instrument like Drive, Stepper motor, Servo motor, sensors, Temp controller, Timer & Solenoid coil etc (Control Philosophy)
- Preventive maintenance planning & execution with close coordination with Production team.
- Must be good in Modification / development / improvement of projects for existing equipment and facility through inhouse engineering team.
- Sound knowledge of engineering documentation & Liaoning work
- Hands on experience in Moulding machines inhouse modifications.




- Familiar with TPM tools & correlation of process with TPM.
- Able to manage the equipment breakdown, repair, and associated systems in safe & effective manner.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Hands on experience in high-speed packaging lines and ancillary equipment for Cosmetics Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Cosmetic Section (Cream filling, Sachet filling & tube filling lines & manufacturing section) Ability to handle individual shift/sections & allocation of Job to subordinates.
- Breakdown analysis, countermeasures & RCA.
