About the Role

ZICA Guwahati is looking for a motivated Automation & CRM Integration Intern to assist with business process automation, CRM management, API integrations, and WhatsApp communication workflows. The intern will work on real-world automation projects using n8n, Zoho CRM, Meta Lead Ads, and AiSensy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining automation workflows using n8n.

- Work on Meta Lead Ads integration with Zoho CRM for automated lead collection. - Assist with lead assignment, follow-up scheduling, reminders, and CRM updates.

- Support WhatsApp automation using AiSensy and approved message templates.

- Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.

- Automate tenant rent reminders, electricity bill notifications, and outstanding dues tracking.

- Maintain Excel and Google Sheets data synchronization.

- Test workflows, troubleshoot errors, and prevent duplicate records or messages.

- Assist with workflow documentation, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Support existing CRM automation projects and new business automation requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals and JavaScript.





- Understanding of JSON, APIs, and webhooks is preferred. - Interest in workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.

- Basic knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn recent technologies and work on practical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, or a related technical background.

- Academic or personal projects involving programming, APIs, or automation. - Familiarity with Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business API, or cloud hosting is an advantage.
