Hiring: Australian Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: Chandigarh, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Australian Mortgage Broking | Financial Services The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Australian mortgage broking, strong English communication skills, and a positive understanding of loan processing procedures, lender policies, and compliance requirements.

Candidates with a finance background and experience using Connective Mercury will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mortgage loan applications from submission through to settlement.

Collect, review, verify, and organise loan documentation.

Perform serviceability calculations and assess applications against lender policies.

Work with lender portals, aggregator platforms, and CRM systems.

Coordinate with lenders, Business Development Managers (BDMs), brokers, and clients to obtain updates and resolve queries.

Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure timely application processing.

Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation.

Manage multiple loan applications independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications





Previous experience in Australian mortgage broking or mortgage loan processing is required.

Knowledge of Australian home loan processes, lender policies, and documentation requirements.

Familiarity with Connective Mercury is preferred.

A background in finance, banking, accounting, or financial services is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Good computer literacy and proficiency in online portals, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and follow-up abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications efficiently.
