Mandatory technical & functional skills

Strong command over advanced valuation techniques for business and intangible valuations. Knowledge of tangible valuations

Expertise in all the market offerings: PPA (ASC 805), goodwill and asset impairment analyses (ASC 350/360), valuations of stock options under ASC 718 and IRC •409A and audit reviews

Strong experience of working on financial models and reports

Solid knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards
