Key Responsibilities

- Site Cleanliness &
- Maintenance:

- Check and maintain physical facilities like lighting, air conditioning, UPS units, signage, and glass doors.

- Security &

- Inspection:

- Inspect the card reader, keypad, and enclosure for skimming devices, hidden cameras, or tampering.

- Verify that security cameras (CCTV) and e-surveillance systems are active and recording.

- Ensure public access points to power cables, ports, and internal wiring remain sealed off.

- Customer &

- Operational Support:

- Guide customers gently through basic machine operations without handling their cash, PINs, or cards directly.

- Log daily footfall, machine status, downtime events, and maintenance requests in a physical or digital logbook.

- Vendor &

- Technical Coordination:

- Coordinate site visits with service engineers for First Line Maintenance (FLM) or Second Line Maintenance (SLM).

- Assist cash-in-transit (CIT)



or replenishment teams during scheduled cash-loading operations.

- Immediately report technical faults, cash-outs, power failures, or vandalism to the supervisor or helpdesk.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Any Basic graduation degree .

- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ATM machine indicators, error codes, and minor troubleshooting.

- Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact politely with bank customers.

- Logistics Requirements:

Ability to travel across assigned local kiosk clusters and maintain flexible or rotational shift hours.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
