Lead Material and Components feeding activities for DCMF Frames Fabrication to operates 1.

Responsibilities

- 1.Monitor production schedules and align material feeding in kits to Frames Fabrication shop as per production schedules based on customer orders, resource availability, shop capability and production capacity.
- 2.Monitor and maintain the cost during the execution.
- 3.Help PPC to plan outsourcing and in-housework content.
- 4.Accurately control the time scheduled and keep the back up plans ready to ensure, on time delivery.
- 5.Prepare and provide the material kit lists to shop floor with help of look ahead planning.
- 6.Generate and control the workstation plans.
- 7.Generate standard operating procedures.
- 1. Generate the plan vs actual data.

- 1. Minimise the project inventory.

- 1. Support the PPC managers in their activities.

- 1. Digital Monitoring of production processes: monitoring production processes data to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively. Identify/ predict bottlenecks and other issues that may impact delivery by production and take corrective action as necessary

- 12.. Ensure the completeness of dispatches of equipment

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: B Tech Mechanical OR Diploma
- Lean Manufacturing
- 1.Fabrication 1.Responsibility
- 2.Kitting and Material Feeding Management 2.Business Acumen
- 3.Planning 3.SAP / ERP and Data base understanding




- 4.Industrial engineering 4.Confict Management
- 5.Knowledge of manufacturing process of Lean and Mass Manufacturing and result orientated 5. Agility

- 1. Developing and Establish standardized processes that can improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- 1. High analytical abilities 1. Uptodate Knowledge and experience in Internationals codes / standards like ASME ,API/EN/TEMA/ASTM

- 1. High Ownership 2. Very positive Social and Communication skills along with attitude of Customer Orientation.

- 1. MS office, Planning processes. Close collaboration among PPC, Store, fabrication to meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Experience 7-10 years

Primary Skills (Must Have)

1. Candidates should have frame fabrication/planning experience, not piping experience.
2. Target candidates from chassis or frame fabrication companies.
3. Target Auto/Chassis manufacturing; no 2-wheeler profiles. Preference for four-wheeler exposure.
4. Candidates should be working in Planning, not Production; NOT from piping or equipment manufacturing.
5. Relevant profiles may be titled Shop Coordinator, Feeder, Shop Planning, etc.

6 Team management experience required. Education Btech Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
