Role Description This is a full time, on-site Associate Veterinarian role based in Mumbai.

The Associate

Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care to companion animals, including performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, recommending treatment plans, and conducting routine procedures and surgeries as appropriate. The role involves communicating clearly with pet guardians about diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up plans, while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinic protocols.

The Associate

Veterinarian will collaborate with veterinary nurses, technicians, and support staff to ensure effective,



compassionate patient care and a positive client experience. Additional responsibilities may include participating in case discussions, contributing to continuous improvement of clinical workflows, and supporting community or client education initiatives related to animal health and welfare.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical veterinary skills, including physical examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine surgical and medical procedures.
- Knowledge of preventive medicine, vaccination protocols, nutrition, and general wellness care for companion animals.
- Effective communication skills for explaining medical information, providing client education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary veterinary teams.
- Ability to maintain detailed, accurate medical records and follow established clinical and safety protocols.
- Commitment to animal welfare, ethical practice, and evidence-based veterinary medicine.
- Degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid license or eligibility to practice veterinary medicine as per local regulations.
- Experience in small animal practice or internships in clinical settings is preferred, though motivated early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development.
