We are looking for an Associate Technical Engineer – ELV & ICT to support the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV, ICT, and network infrastructure systems for projects in the UAE. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career candidates with a basic understanding of networking, ELV systems, and IT infrastructure who are looking to develop hands-on technical experience.

- Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of ELV, ICT, and network systems.
- Support configuration and testing of IP CCTV, VMS, Access Control, ANPR, Intercom, BGM, and Public Address systems.
- Assist with device-level configuration, system integration, and functional testing of ELV systems.
- Support ICT networking activities, including switches, VLANs, PoE, IP addressing, basic routing, and network connectivity.
- Assist with structured cabling, network connectivity, and troubleshooting of basic hardware and communication issues.
- Support system testing, integration, site activities, and final handover under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in identifying and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, technicians, vendors, and project teams during project implementation.
- Prepare testing records,



checklists, technical documentation, and handover information.
- Participate in site visits and gain hands-on experience in ELV, ICT, networking, and system integration projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline, preferably Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or IT.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in ELV, ICT, networking, or system integration.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, Intercom, and other ELV systems.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, IP addressing, and basic routing.
- Basic knowledge of structured cabling and network connectivity.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work on project sites and develop hands-on technical skills.
- Internship, academic project, or training experience in networking, ELV, or telecommunications will be an advantage.

Preferred Exposure: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Axis, Hanwha, Hikvision, Dahua, or equivalent. Pay: Up to ₹39,000.00 per month
