User Experience

- Define end-to-end UX journeys and interaction models in partnership with UX/design teams.
- Ensure complex document, data and AI workflows are intuitive for enterprise users, administrators, operations teams and developers.
- Champion usability, accessibility, explainability and transparency, particularly for AI-driven decisions and recommendations.

Global & Regulatory Product Design

- Incorporate privacy, security, regulatory compliance, data sovereignty/residency, retention, consent, auditability and localization into product requirements.
- Work with legal, security and compliance specialists to support a platform architecture capable of addressing requirements across geographies and industries.
- Promote privacy-by-design, security-by-design and responsible-AI principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Areas of Responsibilities Business process analysis : Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market research & benchmarking : Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies. Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.

Optimization Initiatives: Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation : Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.

Revenue Growth : Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.

Preferred Credentials

- 7 – 10 years of experience in product management,



product ownership or platform/product strategy related to Documents Management
- Demonstrated experience contributing to product vision, roadmap, strategy, innovation and feature prioritization for enterprise software.
- Experience defining UX, user journeys and product requirements in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Enterprise Data Management, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR, document management or workflow platforms strongly preferred.
- Understanding of enterprise considerations such as data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, data residency, governance and auditability.
- Experience conducting market/competitive analysis and translating insights into product decisions.
- Ability to develop business cases, investment proposals and GTM recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap

- Partner with the Product Manager to define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
- Track emerging AI, data management, document intelligence, regulatory, and competitive trends and translate them into product opportunities.
- Continuously assess market and business dynamics and recommend roadmap changes to keep the platform competitive, differentiated, and commercially relevant.
- Prioritize capabilities based on customer value, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, technical feasibility, investment, and regulatory considerations.

Product & Feature Definition

- Own discovery and detailed definition of platform capabilities,



including:
- Document ingestion, storage, retrieval and lifecycle operations
- Document workflows, routing, approvals and exception handling
- Automated Document Recognition (ADR) and classification
- OCR and Intelligent Document Processing
- Data and metadata extraction, validation and enrichment
- AI-assisted search, summarization and document intelligence
- Document fraud, tampering and anomaly detection
- Human-in-the-loop review and confidence management
- Auditability, lineage, access controls and governance
- APIs, integrations and extensibility
- Convert business problems into product requirements, user journeys, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
