REQUIREMENT:

- We are hiring Azure Kubernetes Platform Engineer to support and maintain the enterprise Collibra Data Quality (DQ) Platform hosted on Microsoft Azure.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Platform Operations, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot AKS/Kubernetes environments supporting Collibra DQ Classic.

- Support Kubernetes resources including pods, services, ingress controllers, namespaces, RBAC, persistent storage, and Helm deployments.

- Investigate and resolve pod failures, resource bottlenecks, storage issues, cluster scheduling conflicts, and platform performance concerns.

- Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and operational health checks

- Support Azure networking components including VNets, VNet peering, private endpoints, DNS, and Infoblox integrations.

- Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity between Collibra DQ services, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

- Analyze network paths and resolve cross-platform communication issues impacting application performance.

- Administer Azure Key Vault, certificates, secrets, managed identities, and HSM-integrated security solutions.





- Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization controls across platform services.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.

- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.

- Hands-on scripting experience using Bash and Python.

- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, GitHub, or GitHub Enterprise.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, LogicMonitor, Cribl, Sentinel, or equivalent platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Writing and reviewing great quality code

- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project

- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it

- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets

- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs

- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it

- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting transparent expectations.

- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs

- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken

- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
