Job Summary

Core Team member representing service department for the develoment of new product.

Role Description

- Participate in part and product level DFMEA, Design feedback on Engineering drawing from L1 stage

- Representing service department in DR Review

- Conduct serviceability study for TVSM and Competitor model, ensure Service Design guideline Adherence

- Preparation of impact analysis report, validation & clearance of ECR {Engineering change request}, EJO {Engineering JOB order}, ECO clearance

- PQM creation and closer validation and SIB/Service samachar release for filed

- Owner's manual, Service manual preparation, Initial Part kit & serviceable parts finalization

- GTS Preparation for BSVI model,



develop Service diagnostic tool and hex file testing

- Conduct CUFT and AFT trails. Conduct PDI at production end of line for New product

- Provide post-launch support to field for new products like PPFR handing, giving M1 and M2 solution implementation & validation. Co-ordinate with field and interact with customers for Periodic performance report of the product
