About the Role

Ironclad Law Associates is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The candidate should have practical knowledge of intellectual property laws, particularly trademarks, copyrights, IP prosecution, and enforcement matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle trademark searches, applications, registrations, renewals, and oppositions.
- Draft and review legal notices, replies, cease-and-desist notices, and other IP-related legal documents.
- Handle trademark objections, examination reports, oppositions, rectifications, and hearings before the Trade Marks Registry.
- Assist with copyright registration, design registration, and other intellectual property matters.
- Conduct legal research on applicable IP laws, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Assist in IP infringement matters, enforcement actions, and related litigation.
- Prepare legal opinions, case summaries, research notes, and client updates.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintain records, monitor deadlines, and provide regular updates on the status of IP matters.

Eligibility Criteria

- LL.B.



degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in intellectual property law.
- Practical experience in trademark filing, prosecution, objections, and oppositions.
- Robust legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the online portals of the Indian Trade Marks Registry and other relevant IP authorities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Location

- Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
