Associate – HR Operations | Tech Mahindra BPS.

We are looking for an Associate – HR Operations to join our recruitment team on a Fixed Term Contract. The role will support global vendor management and payment activities, etc.

? Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 6 months to 1+ years of experience in MIS/WFM/HR Operations or in Account Payable -P2P preferable.

* Excellent and mandatory working knowledge of MS Exce l with advanced formulas & MS Outlook.

- Exposure to MIS processes, HRMIS, Procurements, Vendor Managements and invoice payments and processing, data management will be preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills is must.

? Location: Sharda Centre or Yerwada, Pune

? Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
